Rice milling plant + air conveying system installation case IV

For safety and security, the lift has been changed to an air transport system. Multiple rice milling tests have been conducted, and a grinding + friction type of rice milling machine for minimizing broken rice has also been adopted!

We would like to introduce a case study of a rice milling plant with an air conveying system. Due to a parts issue with the elevator, H Company, a rice cracker manufacturer, switched to air conveying to transport rice cracker ingredients. Additionally, they focused on whiteness settings and yield, conducting multiple rice milling tests, and adopted a grinding + friction type rice milling machine for minimal broken rice. 【Installed Equipment】 ■ Air conveying system CW 3×5 units ■ 10 horsepower grinding + friction type rice milling machine GMCA-100 ■ Small rice sorting machine RS-2 ■ Rice bran collector NB-80A ■ Stone remover TS-2200S *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
